Kitcho: Buy A Boat, Please?

Did I mention I love SUSHI?! Well I've been to Kitcho. 3 times. In 3 weeks. And every single time I get their BOAT - 20 piece sashimi, 10 piece nigiri, 4 oysters, and some specialty roll - I've had California roll twice and spicy tuna once. I just can't get over it! Originally priced at $88 (I think), they have a special price currently going for $50. And if you can, there's Groupon $15 for $30 - you can't use it on the boat - but you can get other goodies. Like their oysters. Or their live uni. Or their delicious sea bass. Hungry yet?! Cause I sure am...

Bum Bum Baooo

Next Spot: Bao Little House! At least that's the name of their online presence. When you arrive to your destination you'll see "Bao House" - same place, same great taste! Great selections of "pots", about 10 to satisfy your little taste buds. Aside from pots, they also sell milk tea at their station - but that I did not get to try. Very spacious when you walk in and we did not have to wait on a Friday early afternoon. GREAT for lunch and a pick me up, other than that the portions are quite small. Enough to fill you up for lunch and be hungry in time for dinner. I can't imagine coming here for dinner and being satisfied.

Now for the food itself! I got the Thai spice pot (not sure of the name) and boy was it SPICY, but spicy tolerance is at two hot Cheetos right now :P I did enjoy everything in the pot - chicken, seafood, and all the veggies. They have a little sauce bar where they have about 6-8 different sauces you can mix and match with garlic, onions, and more. Definitely a great idea as you can adjust your level of spicy if you'd like.

Now the exciting part - the pictures!

Oh Joy Oh Joy Oh Joy Sushi

No seriously - OH JOY. I LOVE sushi. I don't know why or what happen, but suddenly the past few months I've wanted nothing but sushi. I thought Joy Sushi was so good it would end my cravings. But nope, I still want sushi!

Zaazauummm: Zazie's

Spring Break x Friday Off x Sunny San Francisco. Sounds like a hot combo for some...brunch! I love brunch and exploring brunch places. Having a Friday together finally hit the spot at Zazie. Arrived around 1 and only waited about 15 minutes, maybe even less! I know definitely on the weekend to score a table would at least be an hour.

BUT here's a secret I didn't discover on Yelp: The two tables out front, right there as you walk by. First Come First Serve. No need to wait for those!

But on to the food!

Mama Mia

Mama's @ Washington Square Park

Who loves food?! I do! A local favorite of mine, Mama's at San Francisco Washington Square! Very famous, very well known, and very good. Opens at 8, line starts at 7! A family owned mom and pop breakfast joint, they've been endlessly acknowledged and won plenty of awards in many magazines, travel journals, blogs, newspaper, and probably many more!

We got in line at 9:30 AM and did not actually get to sit until 12:30 PM. For those unfamiliar, the line extends nearly half a block, you're welcomed into a little shop where you order first than be seated. Literally an L shape restaurant, there's little room for people to wander around.

I love Ike!

So I forgot my poor memory card in my laptop! So I had to take pictures with my iPod, so excuse the quality! But yesterday was my first time going to Ike's Place at S.F. State! I guess I don't expect them to post the whole menu up on a billboard, but paper menus would be nice. Now they expect you to look at their menu online. First of all, what if you don't have a smart phone like me! Then you'll be force to have to remember your favorite sandwich or look at the menu BEFORE you come here!

So I got the Matt Cain(8 my favorite! It has pastrami, salami, and one other cold-deli meat I can't remember at the moment, uh oh. But I like how they give you the option of half and whole. This sandwich was delicious but I felt like they give you A LOT less meat then the original Ike's. My friend did point out the price is cheaper, but I am not so sure about that because a whole sandwich is still ten dollars, which is still quite expensive for a sandwich.

I know this was also suppose to be a combo fashion blog, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet! I did like my outfit today, but I forgot to take an OOTD. Can you say #fail?!
